PN nails used to be my go to spot for nails and pedicures. However, now it seems that every time you walk in, a young female tells you to come back tomorrow. No ones waiting 2 people were almost done with their service. Problem solved, instead of coming back tomorrow I wont come back ever. I will take my service for myself and my girls to another salon.

Very bad service. This is the closest nail salon to my home I've been coming here for over a year now. There're so expensive this time they let my nails do uneven some are long some are short not the same length. I asked for an specific length nd ended up what they wanted.. I literally paid 60$ for uneven nails!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else it's not worth it here oh and if you say something you don't like they be talking about you on their language!! So rude

I have been going here for years. Unfortunately it has gone down hill. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure two days ago. My mail lady was very rough and she clipped my toe and it has been bleeding for two days. My gel manicure has already chipped and it wasn't even the color I wanted because the one I picked they couldn't find. The last few times my nails don't even last a week, and there prices have gone up on top of it all. I think it's time to find a new place.

I am very sorry to write this, and the woman did not mean to hurt me and comped the manicure, but this cannot be a licensed person. What a painful disaster, a day before traveling to a wedding. She clipped my nails very far down on the sides, to the quick, roughly filed them even further, clipped one cutical until it bled lightly and as I was asking her to stop and be more careful she then missed the cuticle entirely on my index finger literally cutting deeply into the tip of my finger near the nail! I screamed! It bled for 20 minutes until I finally had them put clear polish on it to stem it. I had to have her refile them all as they were (and still are) crooked and jagged. She banged my hand several times with the heat light. My whole left hand is now inflamed. If this was a child or an elderly person it would be very bad. Sorry, do not go here.

Love this place. Sweet people. Great prices. Most importantly,,, I've seen 4 diff techs and they were all superb!!!! I've been to many a nail spa of this caliber in town. This place is fantastic!
