I really am bummed to not give this place 5 stars. I had went to the same nail salon for 10 years till they closed. So I thought I would try PN nails since it was in the area and had great reviews. First time I went I thought they did a good job. The next time I set an appointment a week ahead during my lunch break for me and 3 others. When we got there every chair was filled and they left us waiting over a half hour before they finally sat us down. After they sat us down they took another 20 min while we all sat there with our feet in cold water.. eventually they got started and did a good enough job.I didnt leave a review that time because things happen. It was frustrating that they didnt seem concerned about setting more appointments than they could manage.*** this isnt the first time this has happened***But I just went again this week and I am really disappointed how they did their job, again. I dont want to elaborate anymore.If this place works for you then that's great. I just wish it had been a better experience for me. Read Less

Thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, the woman doing my nails did an excellent job and for once I got a proper foot rub and all. Well worth the extra price, I can't wait to come back again!

Kevin and his team are the best. Mani, pedi, acrylic, eyebrows, etc. You don't need an appt, but they get pretty busy. Prices are totally fair. Read Less

Tucked behind the King Soopers on Quail St. lies this hidden gem of a nail salon. PN Nails employees a professional, talented and consistent staff. I can relax knowing that no matter who does my mani/pedi, I will be happy with the result. Although they are a busy salon, they are great about getting you in! They have a lot of walk in business, so I like to call ahead when I want a specific nail technician. If you're looking for a Pinterest-worthy nail design, ask for Nini. She's a true nail artist. Just give her a picture or idea, and she will deliver! I get compliments on my nails all the time. I moved from Chicago to Colorado and I've been searching for the perfect nail salon and I'm done searching. PN Nails gave me everything I wanted and more. They had lots of color options. They are a very clean salon. The nail technician was such a sweet woman and she gave my nails life. She took her time,made sure my nails were even length, and the polish looks spectacular. Most of the workers here are actually pretty good. They pay pretty close attention to what they are doing, but the manager, Kevin, isn't the best. I understand trying to get as much business as possible, but if you are slammed then you should give people an estimated waiting time. I saw him tell 4 people "just a little wait". What exactly does just a little mean? On top of that he was working on my mom and kept getting up to help new people, answering the phone, getting things for his other employees etc. If you are going to charge someone a standard rate, then they should receive standard service. It shouldn't be a sloppy job on one person just because you're the manager and you have other responsibilities. In that case, don't take someone if you don't have time. My mom said something and he did respond politely that he was the manager. I feel like if you are the manager, then you should do the best job and represent what your employees should be doing.Additionally, we saw them using old nail files and buffers instead of new clean ones. This made me question their level of hygiene. I feel like they cut corners to make money. For the most part this place is ok, but the business tactics aren't great. Make sure you don't get Kevin. Kim was pretty good, although my feet still aren't that smooth. I probably won't come here again, which is unfortunate because I work so close. Bad business tactics make you lose business. Read Less

Pros: They do such a good job here! My nails always last me 3 or 4 weeks, a lot longer than most places. They're also really nice and always remember me.Cons: No one who works there speaks English extremely well, so there's sometimes a mix-up in the communication (I can't understand them or they can't understand me.) I've also noticed they like to price up your services from what they advertise. So look up the prices in the store or online and make sure they stick to them. They have up-charged me almost every single time and deny it as well. Be aware!!Why do I continue to go to them? Because they do such a great job and I always leave with my nails looking awesome. Just be mindful to what they're doing and how much it costs you. Read Less
