How to Return an Item

  • Option 1: Bring the item to our store in Golden, Colorado for a full refund
  • Option 2: Use a printable FedEx return label provided by Powder7:
    • You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
    • We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
  • Option 3: Use your own shipping label
    • You can ship the item back to us through any major carrier, covering the cost of return shipping yourself
    • Your name and order confirmation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and within the box
    • You will receive a full refund upon receipt

Returning New Items

  • When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.
  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it.
  • Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
    • Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
    • Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.

Returning New Ski Boots

  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
  • Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
    • Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
  • We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

Returning Demo Skis and Other Used Gear

  • When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.
  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
  • Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
  • Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned

We offer preorder opportunity on a small amount of select items that are in high demand. We will ship these preorders when items become available to us. Preorder availability dates are based upon manufacturer estimated availability dates. Please understand that this is an estimate and can change based upon manfacturers' availability.

Web Exclusives

Small Store, Massive Inventory

  • We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
  • For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
  • If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.

Picking Up Web Exclusives In-Store

  • Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
  • After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
  • If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.
