Crumbl Copycat Cinnamon Swirl Cookies

As I said when at the beginning of this post, this new Crumbl cookie store is about to make me go broke. My goodness, they’re so good!

My favorite?

The Cinnamon Swirl cookie – tastes like a cinnamon bun and coffee cake all in a few delicious bites.

That led me to trying to find a copycat recipe I could make at home BUT I wanted to use boxed cake mix to do it.

I found one!

Cake Mix Cookies - The BEST Cake Batter Cookie Recipes With Few Ingredients (11)

Now, this is not your normal “just add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of oil” normal cake mix cookie recipe. It has extra ingredients and requires extra steps, but it DOES use boxed vanilla cake mix.

So very good!

The recipe is here.

I think next time I’ll try boxed coffee cake mix and be able to use less ingredients. I bet it would be very good!
